The Gallery is set to a classic 2:3 ratio. Your items will be made as per the orientation of the uploaded photograph.

Each photograph goes through a quality check before creating, and if there are any queries, I will reach out for confirmation. Max file size 30MB

• A digital proof will be provided for approval prior to production. Please review all spelling, dates, and personalised details carefully, as approval confirms final artwork.

• For Gratitude magnets, one photograph is uploaded and will be used consistently across the full quantity of thank-you pieces within your selected suite.

• Production will commence once final approval is received. Please allow the stated production timeframe from approval date.

• Due to the personalised nature of each suite, orders cannot be returned or exchanged once approved and created.

• Colours may vary slightly between screen and print due to monitor settings and print processes.
